Zalec [ˈzalɛt͡s] (German: Salza)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mrągowo, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Mrągowo and 62 km (39 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
