Zindagi Wins (translation: Life Wins) is an Indian soap medical drama series that aired on channel Bindass from 21 February 2015 to 13 June 2015. The show is housed by the same production house Cinevistaas Limited that ran the hit medical series Sanjivani - A Medical Boon and its sequel Dill Mill Gayye.

The show portrays the journey of Dr. Alia, Dr. Malavika and Dr. Ishaan at Lifebeat Hospital and their quest for medical excellence with their different values and ethics and also how they take Lifebeat to greater heights.[2][3][4]

Plot

A young intern, Dr. Alia Akhter, joins the Lifebeat hospital. She finds herself at poles with Dr. Malvika due to their differences in the method of treatment. Alia believes in listening to the heart while approaching a treatment, but Dr. Malvika believes in listening to the brain. Due to their differences and Alia's 'listen-to-the-heart approach', she gets in trouble. Enters Dr. Ishaan, who befriends Alia and helps her out. Alia on knowing that Ishaan and Malvika broke up but still love each other, decides to help them patch up. During the patch-up period, enters Dr. Veer, who was an ex-army doctor who was an associate to Alia's father.

Veer's interferences in hospital matters and his straightforward tough approach in treating patients irks Alia, Malvika and Ishaan. Alia and Ishaan ends up cracking an illegal organ trafficking activity in Lifebeat that leads to the expulsion of Dr. Sinha from Lifebeat. Ishaan and Malvika patch up. Ishaan then realizes the value of a friend, a confidant in Alia which leads to problems in his and Malvika's relations. Ishaan then realizes he is in love with Alia, but decides not to confess as he is not sure about Alia's feelings. During the course of time, Veer and Alia bond as she learns about her dad from him. Veer falls in love with Alia.

Enters Dr. Bedi, Malvika's estranged dad who reveals to Malvika on the insistence of Alia that it was Malvika's mother who cheated on him and not otherwise, They patch up their differences. In due course, Alia, who is a fan of Dr. Bedi, sacrifices her love for Ishaan and accepts Veer as her boyfriend in front of all in the hospital. Alia, Veer, Ishaan, and Malavika go on a double date, where Ishaan confesses to Alia about his love for her.

Ishaan begs Alia to break up with Veer and listen to her heart while Alia, on remembrance that Dr. Bedi saved her father's life once, rejects him. Malavika hears this conversation and slaps Alia in front of the entire hospital. In meanwhile, with the help of Ishaan, Alia realizes the reality of her father from Veer. Veer and Malvika move away from Alia and Ishaan and subsequently helps them unite as they realise Ishaan and Alia are meant to be together.
