Zlechov is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.51 square kilometres (2.51 sq mi), and has a population of 1,608 (as at 28 August 2006).

Zlechov lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Uherské Hradiště, 28 km (17 mi) south-west of Zlín, and 242 km (150 mi) south-east of Prague.
