Hi, JonesPhilippe, and welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you nominated Keith Schembri for G10 speedy deletion. Sorry, I've declined that nomination. The speedy deletion criteria for G10 specifies unsourced negative BLP articles; this article has sources that, while I can't say for sure whether they're really solid, are at least reasonable at first blush. There can certainly be a discussion over whether the article has enough quality sources to support its content; the article's talk page (Talk:Keith Schembri) is the usual place for that, though there are other venues (the reliable sources noticeboard, for example). It's also possible to start a deletion discussion for the whole article, if that's what you want to do: see the page about the Articles for Deletion process for details. I don't think such a process for this article would succeed, but I could certainly be wrong about that, and you're welcome to try if you like. One way or another, though, I don't think this is clear-cut enough to be able to delete the article without any discussion about it first. Thanks, Writ Keeper ⚇♔ 13:24, 27 June 2016 (UTC)

Hi Writ Keeper, G10 states that pages may include libel and legal threats. Since the content, as it is written is highly libelous, then I think this page qualifies for speedy deletion especially when i the person in question has instituted legal proceedings. If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included.
