I added in an updated time table of the SSTS program's to-date performance as data above did not sufficiently lay out sequential steps in the SSTS program's evolution. This way its clear to see what has, and has not, taken place since the program began testing in 2010. This will enable quick edits by anyone to keep up-to-date the status of the program's launches. Mr. T.W., while the Wellford's married into the Carter and Talaifero Families they did not help build Sabine Hall or Burgh Westra, unlike the Carter's who built Shirley. I will leave your edits be for now, but if anyone should amend them in the future and cite the above caveat it would be improper to undo said edits.
