Reason
Rotunda of Low Memorial Library at Columbia University, as it appeared circa 1900-1910 before the building was converted to administrative use. Low Library is the most recognizable building at the university; it occupies the highest ground at the center of campus and has a distinctive design (see exterior). All of the reading desks and the central bookcase have been removed. The rotunda currently serves as a ceremonial space.[1] Restored version of File:Low Library.jpg.
