Reason: Enormous EV, depicting two Israeli leaders (Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres) and one Palestinian leader (Yasser Arafat) recieving the Nobel Peace Prize for the Oslo Accords, one of the shaping moments in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict and in the recent history of the Middle East in general. Great to have this official photo from 1994 in this high resolution, and the quality is quite good. FP in Commons. Failed to gain enough support before, but all issues were fixed.
