Alejandra Benítez (born 7 July 1980) is a Venezuelan fencer.[1] She competed in the women's sabre events at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics.[2][3][4] On 22 March 2013 Benitez was named Minister of Sports for the government of newly elected Nicolás Maduro.
