Alfred John "Alf" Goulding (January 26, 1896 – April 25, 1972) was an Australian-born American film director and screenwriter. He directed 182 films between 1917 and 1959.

He was the youngest brother of the celebrated opera singer Elsa Goulding. He was no relation to Edmund Goulding.

He died in Hollywood, California from pneumonia.
