The Diocese of Waikato and Taranaki is one of the thirteen dioceses and hui amorangi of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia.[1] The Diocese covers the area between the Waikato to the area surrounding Mount Taranaki in the North Island of New Zealand.

The seat of the Bishop of Waikato is at St Peter's Cathedral in Hamilton. The bishop of Waikato is Helen-Ann Hartley.
The seat of the Bishop of Taranaki is at the Taranaki Cathedral Church of St Mary. The incumbent Bishop of Taranaki is Bishop Philip Richardson.
