Bulzeștii de Sus (Hungarian: Felsőbulzesd) is a commune in Hunedoara County, Romania. It is composed of nine villages: Bulzeștii de Sus, Bulzeștii de Jos (Alsóbulzesd), Giurgești, Grohot (Grohot), Păulești, Rusești, Stănculești, Ticera and Tomnatec (Tomnatek).
