CCCTV is a Canadian exempt Category B Chinese language specialty channel broadcasts programming in Cantonese and Mandarin and airs content from China, Hong Kong & Taiwan as well as local Canadian programming.

Canada Global Media Investment Inc. (CGMI) aims to establish a platform that is to collaborate Chinese and Western culture, trade and communications. The company integrates resources and strength between China and North American, devoting itself becoming the foundation of "importing, exporting, investing, producing, broadcasting, networking and copyright" for culture products and services.
CGMI composes of Chinese Culture TV of Canada (CCCTV), CINTV online TV, Wechat official account, filming shooting base, video-on-demand technique platform, "Success Times" Magazine and radio station. These seven media platforms build up CGMI's full-dimensional company structure.
CGMI develops its path to success along with "specialize in one major, strengthening with diversity products." === Chinese Culture TV of Canada (CCCTV) ===
Chinese Culture TV of Canada (CCCTV) was brought by CGMI in May, 2015 in Toronto. It's the most professional and vigorous media platform for Chinese and western culture exchange. CCCTV's core vision is to play a leading role in high-end media to promote Chinese culture stream. It's dedicated to become a multiculturalism TV station that conveys Chinese cultures as its main contents, letting CCCTV become a messenger and commanding point for Chinese culture in North America. CCCTV has been playing a responsible facilitator for Chinese community and local Canadians, enabling two communities to hear each other's voice and needs.
Languages of CCCTV's programs consist of 40% Mandarin and 40% Cantonese, the other 20% are English and other languages. Programs patterns are local produced programs, refined dramas, China-Hong Kong-Taiwan news, information TV shows, various shows of entertainment and Chinese traditional operas.
CCCTV's programs can be viewed on various video platforms, such as YouTube, Tencent, Homepage of City of Markham. Audiences can also watch CCCTV on Bell FIBE 728, CIK channel5 and Charming China during AAA time slot.
==== TV Main Programs ====
i) "The Politics Tonight with Patrick" is its most popular talk show. In each episode, the host Patrick Yang discusses topics that Chinese communities most care about with one local political figure. In last few weeks, the show had invited several politicians who had involved in Canadian federal election to talk about Canada's economy, politics and trade with China. As more Chinese receive education and settle in Canada, Chinese community has gradually assimilated into Canada's mainstream, therefore, more politicians have realized the importance of listening to Chinese community's needs to win their votes. Patrick's show had honorably hosted some outstanding Chinese-Canadian politicians, including Arnold Chan, Geng Tan, both of them have been elected as members of parliament in the House of Commons of Canada. Former Immigration Minister, Jason Kenney was also appealed by the show. He came to discuss with Patrick on immigration and economy policy, particularly he called Chinese community for implementing their voting rights. "The Politics Tonight with Patrick" helps Chinese audiences understand what is going on in Canada, and also make their voices heard by Canada government, in order to be served better.
ii) CCCTV's Production Department recently has presented its own documentary film, called "The Pursuit of True Peace" The film aims to commemorate the 70th anniversary of United Nations and victory of World Anti-Fascist War. The production crew focused on Chinese-Canadian veterans, who had devoted their all to defend for Canada during the war. The film tends to memorize how tough the Chinese eventually get recognition and respect in this country. It also builds a strong emotional bond between China and Canada, since China had also played a critical role in World War Two, both countries have shared same anticipation in maintaining world peace. "The Pursuit of True Peace" provides audiences with a unique angle to review that history. The film also matches CCCTV's brand philosophy, since it talks about Chinese-Canadian soldiers who share both Chinese and Canadian culture and values, it's an efficient method to enhance China's soft image and to seek for cultural collaboration and resonance. iii) Fun Canada is CCCTV's upcoming program, which is documentary style travel and living show. In this particular season, CCCTV is working with City of Markham to produce the "Fun Canada-Markham Life", aiming to introduce various living information and functions of City Hall to attract citizens enjoy city life in Markham.
iv) CCCTV's newsroom hosts in both Mandarin and Cantonese, broadcasting the most updated news happening in China, Canada and worldwide. It has access to CBC news database, allowing CCCTV to report national news seamlessly and precisely. It also covers entire GTA Chinese community's activities and trends, reflecting their needs and requirements.
v) Besides promoting its self-produced programs, CCCTV has also presented series of large scale commercial performances. On Jun 29, 2015, CCCTV with Consulate-General of China in Toronto, hosted the large scale performance, "Cultural of China". The show invited "China National Opera &Dance Theater" to Toronto. It's the highest level of art performing group that been invited for Chinese-Canadians.

Within five years, registered clients with Rogers and Bell will increase from 2,000 to 5,000. Customers tend to watch set TV box, which has accumulated to 200,000. CCCTV also aims to integrate with social media networks. Its goal is to reach 10,000 followers on Wechat, the most popular and most wide used social media in China by the end of 2015.
