Caressa Savage (born July 14, 1966) is the stage name of an award-winning former American pornographic actress and nude model who appeared in over 170 adult films between around 1995 and 2005.[1][2]

Career

Over her roughly ten-year career, Savage appeared in 174 productions by companies such as Evil Angel, Legend Video, Leisure time Entertainment, Sin City, VCA Pictures, Vivid Entertainment, and Wicked Pictures predominantly in lesbian and girl/girl scenes.[1]

Appearances

Savage has been featured in three documentaries about the adult industry. The first was Dreamwagon: Inside the Adult Industry in 1999 that also featured Julia Ann, John Wayne Bobbitt, Asia Carrera, Janine Lindemulder, Rayveness, Nikki Tyler and Ona Zee.[1][4] The next was Erotic Stars in 2003, which featured Brittany Andrews, Juli Ashton, Asia Carrera, Chloe, Felecia, Nina Hartley, Kylie Ireland, Jill Kelly, Shayla LaVeaux, Anna Malle, Tony Tedeschi and Randy West who were interviewed on topics such as personal relationships, physical demands, the risk of AIDS transmission, drug use and the social stigmas of their work.[5] The third was The Secret Lives of Adult Stars in 2004, which featured Brittany Andrews, Julia Ann, Juli Ashton, Asia Carrera, Chloe, Felecia, Nina Hartley, Steve Hatcher, Kylie Ireland, Jill Kelly, Shayla LaVeaux, Joel Lawrence, Bud Lee, Kurt Lockwood, Anna Malle, Julie Meadows, Michael Raven, Gina Ryder, Nicole Sheridan, Steven St. Croix, Tony Tedeschi and Randy West.[6]

Savage also made a mainstream appearance on the The Jerry Springer Show in an episode entitled I Have a Wild Sex Job!.[7]

She also was the editor of her own monthly column in the magazine Adult Cinema Review which was called "The Private Sex Lives of Caressa Savage".[8] In it, she would share her personal sexual experiences and answer letters that were written to her.

Savage was also featured in the book "Top Porn Stars Sex Tips and Tricks", where she stated that she had only worked with women in the adult film industry.[2]

Straight Whiskey: A Living History of Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll features Savage and fellow porn star Ron Jeremy, along with Grammy Award winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Ozzy Osbourne, Bret Michaels of Poison and Cheech Marin of Cheech & Chong among others. In this book, they recount their own personal experiences at the Whiskey A Go Go and the Rainbow Bar and Grill.[9]

Savage is active on social media, but states that she is retired from the industry.[13]
