Untitled[edit]

Continued from the previous Cfr discussion: Since Kazakhs account for 53% of the population of the present-day Kazakhstan (30% are Russians, according to demographics of Kazakhstan), and there's over a million of Kazakhs residing in Xinjiang, PRC, and more than 0.7 million in Uzbekistan (see demographics of Uzbekistan), there are Kazakhs who are not Kazakhstanis, and vice versa. Therefore I would like to propose to keep two separate categories, one for people of the ethnic group, and one for citizens of the country. (Please reply at category talk:Kazakhstani people. Thanks.) — Instantnood 18:20, 4 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. --Erkin2008 08:23, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
