Chah Varz Rural District (Persian: دهستان چاه ورز) is a rural district (dehestan) in Chah Varz District, Lamerd County, Fars Province, Iran.[1] The rural district has 4 villages.

Etymology

Chah Varz name is different in historical book: like "Chah Vard", "Chah Bord". Ali-Akbar Dehkhoda wrrited chah varz name in Dehkhoda Dictionary "chah varzd" this name Include Chah and Vard; Chah mining in English "Water well[12]" and "Vard" mining Flower[13] So Chah Varz mining Well of Flower.
