Christopher (Chris) Donnell King (born July 24, 1969 in Newton Grove, North Carolina) is a retired American professional basketball player, most notably for the NBA. King got his start at playing high school basketball for the Hobbton High School Wildcats.
King, a 6'7" small forward from Wake Forest University, was selected by the Seattle SuperSonics in 2nd round (45th pick overall) of 1992 NBA Draft. He was a member of the Vancouver Grizzlies' inaugural season (1995–96) for whom he played 80 of 82 games, averaging 7.9 points and three rebounds per game. He tipped in a Byron Scott miss at the buzzer in their home opener to beat the Minnesota Timberwolves. His final appearance in the league was in 1999 with the Utah Jazz.
