Biography[edit]
- Kamran Bayram oglu Aliyev was born on November 18, 1965 in the city of Balaken. In 1987, after graduating with honors from the law faculty of the Irkutsk State University of the Russian Federation, he was recruited by appointment by the prosecutor's office and appointed as an investigative intern at the Chita Transport Prosecutor's Office of the Transport Prosecutor's Office of the Transbaikal Region. Russian Federation. Later he worked as a senior investigator in that prosecutor's office and in the Zabaykalye Transport Prosecutor's Office.[2]
- Between 1990 and 1993, he received his master's degree in the visual department of the Scientific-Research Institute of the former USSR Chief Prosecutor's Office and also worked as a researcher at this institution. In 1993, he defended his thesis at this institute and received the scientific title of candidate of legal sciences.[10]
- After being transferred to the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he became a prosecutor of the Personnel Department, head of the Scientific and Educational Center, an inspector and senior investigator in the investigative departments of the Prosecutor's Office for investigation and serious crimes. , has been working as the deputy and senior deputy of the Chief Prosecutor's Office of the State Prosecutor's Office of the Prosecutor General's Office and the head of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2007.[11]
- According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 5, 2014, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic of Azerbaijan was appointed as the head of the Chief Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan.[12]
- As of November 23, 2021, he holds the high special rank of state judicial advisor (Colonel General). The head of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a doctor of philosophy in legal sciences.[13]
- He is vice president of the International Association of Prosecutors. He is a member of the Azerbaijani delegation of the Council of Europe Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO) and the National Coordinator of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Anti-Corruption Network of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Cooperation. Development in Istanbul Action Plan (OECD).[14][15]
- He speaks fluent English and Russian.
- He is married and has two children.
