History[edit]
The school was created by virtue of House Bill No. 5966, which was introduced by Representative Fredenil H. Castro of the Second District of Capiz on November 18, 2002[3]. The bill was enacted into law as Republic Act No. 9178 on November 7, 2003[3]. The law appropriated funds for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the school.
