Pankaj Chanel (Born 9 July 1995) is an Indian mountaineer and the young founder of Kahlur Adventures India, which belongs to Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh. Pankaj is the first certified mountaineer from Bilaspur Himachal and summits many Indian peaks above 5000 M or 6000 M. On 8 July 2023, Pankaj summited the highest peak of Iran Mount Damavand in just 48 hrs and became the first person from Bilaspur to do so. In 2023 Pankaj summit four 6000 M mountains in just 16 days.
Pankaj Chandel completed his graduation and post-graduation in the tourism sector from the government graduate college Bilaspur or Maharaja Agrasen University Baddi Himachal Pradesh. Pankaj Chandel is also a certified mountaineer from the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports ABVIMAS, Pankaj completed the Basic Mountaineering course, advanced mountaineering course or Method Of Instruction course, Basic skiing or rafting course.

Pankaj Chandel is the son of Sh Pawan Chandel and Smt Raj Chandel, He is a postgraduate in the tourism sector, In 2023 Pankaj started his own mountaineering company certified by the Himachal Tourism Department or Indian Mountaineering Foundation.
