Higashi-Shinjuku Station (東新宿駅, Higashi-Shinjuku-eki) is a subway station in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. This station is served by the Toei Ōedo Line, and also the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line from 14 June 2008. The Station number is E-02 for the Ōedo Line, and F-12 for the Fukutoshin Line.

Toei Line

The platform is an island platform with two tracks

1	○ Toei Ōedo Line	Tochōmae (Transfer at Tochōmae for Nerima, Hikarigaoka, and Roppongi)
2	○ Toei Ōedo Line	Iidabashi and Ryōgoku

Tokyo Metro Line

The station, opened on June 14, 2008, is on two levels underground, with a total of two island platforms serving four tracks. Fast trains (Express and Commuter Express) pass slower (Local) trains at this station.

1	○ Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line	Shinjuku-sanchōme and Shibuya
2	○ Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line	Ikebukuro, Wakōshi, Tōbu Tōjō Line, Seibu Yūrakuchō Line, and Seibu Ikebukuro Line
