Kwon Jin-ah (Korean권진아; born July 18, 1997) is a South Korean singer, songwriter and guitarist. She was known for the third place of SBS's K-pop Star Season 3.[1]

Career

2013–15: K-pop Star 3 and solo activities

In 2013, Kwon Jin-ah became a contestant of K-pop Star 3 and won third place in the competition. On May 13, 2014, Antenna Music announced their exclusive contract with Kwon Jin-ah.[2] On June 19, she released a single titled, "I Only See You" for SBS drama You're All Surrounded. In November 2014, it was confirmed that she would feature in a song from Yoo Hee-yeol's De Capo album. The song was titled "She Said".[3] In 2015, she and Rap Monster from BTS featured in the song "U" on Primary's 2015 album, 2-1.

2016–present: Debut

In July 2016, Antenna Music announced that Kwon Jin-ah will be debuting in September.[4] She and Sam Kim joined Antenna Music project, with Love Antenna releasing as a digital single, and Until Here on July 18.[5] On September 10, 2016 Antenna Music announced that Kwon Jin-ah will make her official debut with the release debut studio album One Strange Night on September 19.[6]
