Leonardo Zamora Legaspi, OP (born November 25, 1935) is the current Archbishop of Nueva Caceres whose suffragas are Daet, Legazpi, Libmanan, Masbate, Sorsogon, and Virac.

Positions

He became a priest on 17 December 1960 for the Order of Friars Preachers. On October 20, 1983, Legaspi was appointed Archbishop of Nueva Caceres. He was also the first Filipino rector of the University of Santo Tomas and the first Vicar of the Dominican Province of the Philippines. He holds the degree of D.D..

He was elected President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) in July 1986, and re-elected in July 1989.
