Licia Maglietta (16 November 1954) is an Italian actress and stage director, known for her role in the film Bread and Tulips (2000).

Born in Naples, after enrolling several acting courses, Maglietta started her professional career in the avantgarde stage company "Falso Movimento" (later renamed "Teatri Uniti") directed by Mario Martone.[1] She also worked several times with the theatrical company held by Carlo Cecchi and directed several stage plays.[1] She made her film debut in 1992, in Martone's Death of a Neapolitan Mathematician, and had her breakout in 2000 thanks to the role of Rosalba Barletta in Silvio Soldini's Bread and Tulips, which got her a David di Donatello, a Nastro d'Argento and a Ciak d'oro.[1]
