Michael "Jag" Jagmin is an American vocalist, notable for being the second lead vocalist of post-hardcore band A Skylit Drive and former lead vocalist of metal band Odd Project. Jagmin is well known for the idiosyncratic quality of his voice and possesses a wide vocal range spanning over three octaves, and the ability of making high pitched screams.

Musical career

A Skylit Drive (2008–Present)

Jagmin joined A Skylit Drive to replace original vocalist, Jordan Blake, who left for health concerns in 2007. Since then he has been featured on four full-length releases, Wires...and the Concept of Breathing, Adelphia, Identity on Fire, Rise, and ASD (2015), as well as the DVD, Let Go of the Wires. He is one of three members to have appeared on every album by the band, the other two being guitarist Nick Miller and bassist/former keyboardist Kyle Simmons.

Odd Project (2006–2007)

Jagmin was the second vocalist of the metal band Odd Project, and was featured on their second album, Lovers, Fighters, Sinners, Saints. He left the band in 2007

Of An Era and Finding Equality

In addition to his work with A Skylit Drive, Jagmin had an easy listening solo project, entitled Of An Era and operates the clothing line Finding Equality. Of An Era's only song "You Will Not Stay" can be downloaded for free on PureVolume.[1] Jagmin later announced that all his songs in of an Era would be released through his name.[2]

Collaboration with Etienne Sin (2012)

On January 31, Etienne sent out a newsletter to his fans stating that he's gotten Michael to do guest vocals on a song for his new album.[3] On February 26, Etienne put up a video of him and Michael in the studio recording his new single "Honey Is Sweet But The Bee Stings".[4] On April 10, Etienne officially released his new single "Honey Is Sweet But The Bee Stings" as well as a music video for it on his YouTube.[5] The song is available for free download on Etienne's website.[6] On February 7, 2013, a second song was released featuring Jag entitled "Del Kings."

Michael Jagmin (2012)

On Tuesday, April 17, 2012 Jagmin released his debut single entitled "Sometimes" on his YouTube channel and on iTunes.
