Premium Outlets Montreal is an outlet mall under construction in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. Being the second Premium Outlet Center in Canada,[1] and the second conglomeration of stores of its type in that nation (after Toronto Premium Outlets),[2] the facility is scheduled to open in 2014.[3][4]
