How many actually died?

[edit]

Some sources say 76 - 3 survivors - some say 77 - 2 survivors.--Svetovid (talk) 14:44, 8 December 2007 (UTC) Also, the article should be renamed and moved to reflect the flight number, not the registration code.--Svetovid (talk) 16:42, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The flight name should be either OK 001 or 001 (in Slovak).--Svetovid (talk) 20:30, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
As noted above - the article title needs to be changed to reflect the flight number, not the aircraft registration. HatCat (talk) 15:48, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Survivors - crewmembers or passengers?

[edit]

Ilyushin_Il-18 article says that ČSA Flight 001 claimed the lives of "70 passengers and 6 out of 9 crew members. Five crew members were saved right after the crash but two died later in hospital due to kerosene poisoning". This claim is supported with link http://www.planes.cz/cs/clanky/2/ This link contains Czech article which mentions this event, but my Google Translate check (I don't speak Czech though) failed to find any reference to "kerosene poisoning" there. Nevertheless, I think it's worth updating the article with correction mentioning that every ČSA Flight 001 passenger was killed and three crewmembers survived. Any objections? 77.232.10.192 (talk) 12:51, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
