Notability

While this station in and of itself might not be particularly notable, it is important to have an article on it for the sake of a complete description of the New York City Subway system. Although it is a minor local station, there is no reason to delete it. Take a look at the London Underground. There are articles on most of the stations (probably all of them, but I haven't exhaustively gone through the lists). Without these minor station articles, there will forever be redlinks in the infoboxes of major stations such as Times Square-42nd Street, which list the next stations north and south. And this is certainly not a one-sentence article about someone's garage band, by any stretch of the imagination. — Larry V (talk | contribs) 22:01, 22 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
