Nothing on Eurekalert. No obvious web hits. The contract was just let in Dec 08. Probably be a bit before we see much about it in the press, so the primary sources are likely to be it for a while. I don't mind your revert. I was just merging some stubs. I don't know what an SA is but I can just put a mention of this with a "see main article" type of thing, in the article I just created.
