AANTV does not disclose crime rates of the communities they auction houses in to unsuspecting out of state buyers.[edit]

AANTV has been accused by many out of state winning bidders of concealing or not disclosing the crime rates of the communities where they sell homes.[1] In addition many winning bidders later have entered their newly purchased homes address into Zillow.com[2] only to find that that the home was previously purchased for far less a few months before. and that the price they paid was not a liquidation price but they are actually paying a premium price and a higher than real estate industry standard 10% buyers premium. Many properties have been sold to unsuspecting out of state bidders in Cocoa, Florida which has a crime rate of 900 that compares to the crime rate of Detroit, Michigan. In addition as per City-Data.com[3] 1 in 77 residents of Cocoa, Florida are sex offenders. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.194.195.21 (talk) 02:43, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Coins[edit]

I miss American auction but I took my morgans. I have them all now and I took them to get them Appraised and so I can put them on my insurance. All the Morgan's and peace dollars I bought on the TV show were washed. So now I gotta find the ones to replace those. But I did love the show, but I'm not gonna spend no more money there.
