After a quick review, I'm seeing many issues that prevent this article from being near GA status:

The Education and Public service sections are completely unsourced.
The majority of the article is about the assassination and other attempts. It feels like undue weight currently, if possible add more on his time in parliament.
"On 1993 until 1994: Studied English language and philosophy in the United States and at 1996" a colon is not needed there, write it out as a complete sentence.
"He was one of the main leaders of student demonstrations that brought the collapse of the Party of Labour of Albania in December 1990" this seems like a major point in his life; surely more than the one sentence can be found to add in for that time?
A lot of the references aren't entirely formatted; dates, publishers, and accessdates need to be added in.
Cite ref #17 (books.google.nl) like you did ref #12; cite the book's publication details rather than Google books.
"He was surrendered to the Commissariat One Police Forces," He surrendered to the.

Once the above is fixed, have the article copyedited over at WP:GOCE. In the meantime, I will have to fail this as a GA nomination. When everything is addressed, the article can be renominated. Wizardman _{Operation Big Bear} 03:49, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
