1. At time of writing there doesn't seem to be anything clear on Wikipedia describing the particular type of Joystick family this belongs to. This being the same style as a Radio Control Model Joystick around in the late 60's, and still used today. These use crossed potentiometers and output an X and Y analogue signal. Joystick mechanical design not currently described on Wikipedia.

2. Sound on Stage magazine number 5 March 1997 onwards describes Pink Floyd's live sound in instalments. Is available online http://www.pinkfloydfan.net/t1448-welcome-machine-story-pink-floyds.html 82.11.121.200 (talk) 18:48, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
