Split article[edit]

Hi, i propose to split this article into two: BSI Challenger Lugano and Challenger Città di Lugano. First of all, not only the 2022 edition but also the 2021 edition is NOT BSI Challenger Lugano anymore, and i don't know why it is still reported as that here, and in the related single, double and of course past final pages and links.

Now, that apart, in every link i found there was no mention of the Challenger Città di Lugano as being the same tournament as BSI Challenger Lugano. Not on the official website where it is reported only about last year champion, and not on the main regional online newspaper, tv and tennis specialized website, or on the official page of the tournament on the page of ATP Challenger Tour. All the sources mention is that this tournament is marking a comeback of tennis into the city, and not of the BSI Challenger Lugano, which cannot be the case also because the Challenger Città di Lugano is played on different venue, surface, and under different organization. That is, it's a different tournament. So unless we are going to collect every tournament played in a city under the same page, this has to be on a different page and name, hence the split proposed.
