First and foremost, this is not a forum for discussion about this building, hideous looking as it is. I doubt it is made out of rust though. The sides actually look to me like wood, or those building blocks kids use. Incidentally, it would be interesting to include information on what inspired the design, what building materials were used, how long construction took, when it will open, what its purpose will be once it has opened (though one could hazard a good guess from its name), and so on.
