Dubious[edit]

Presently, it says on the page that "the language has maintained nuclear archaisms from its Niger-Congo linguistic root, and is considered one of the oldest languages spoken in Africa." However, because languages are not born out of nothing and there is always more or less of a continuity with earlier speech forms, in linguistics comparisons between 'older' and 'younger' languages aren't usually made. Also, statement is missing a reference. -62.78.187.149 (talk) 04:53, 3 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bube words from old revision[edit]

In an old revision of this article, there was a section titled "Bube Words and Translations". I think this section enhances the article. Does anyone know why it got deleted? Is it because there are no references? 8.36.230.248 (talk) 18:21, 14 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
