The reference to Ray GAO, 09 Sep 2007 needs formatting following Wikipedia's guidelines, and also needs to be found! Where is it?
Add reference to the COST 231 book, chapter 4, which as of today can be found at [1].
Add reference to reference [51] therein, which is COST 231, "Urban transmission loss models for mobile radio in the 900- and 1,800 MHz bands (Revision 2)," COST 231 TD(90)119 Rev. 2, The Hague, The Netherlands, September 1991, check that the reference can be in fact found
Use references to COST and to Action 231 as in the Cost 231 Model page: the final report cna be found there, too

Write a similar page about the COST Walfish-Ikegami model which is described in the same book right after the COST-Hata one.
