Where's the introduction? That's not something I've seen missing in a long time. Also, the "debtor to creditor" section looks awfully long, complex, and intimidating. Is there any way to break this up? Maybe add some pictures or graphs or something? LordAmeth 23:43, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
