Verification[edit]

Joe Roe per WP:GEOLAND, we cannot use a census tract to establish notability. The translated title of the PDF you used to support removal of the PROD reads: Second GENERAL census of POPULATION and HABITAT. It is not an acceptable source. We can do one of two things - you self-revert deletion of the PROD, and if not, then I can take it to AfD. I prefer to let you make the choice. Atsme📞📧 15:34, 16 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Atsme: I wasn't suggesting the PDF source established notability, just that it attested that Chadra was a variant spelling (alongside Cheddra). Here are some more sources for the existence of the place: [1][2][3][4][5]. I don't think a PROD is appropriate at this point, but I'm not sure if it meets WP:GEOLAND either. Feel free to take it to AfD. – Joe (talk) 16:42, 16 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Joe Roe. The more I think about it, and after looking at additional sources using Chedra instead of Chadra, it is a populated settlement with some geographic significance. I zoomed in on Google maps, and saw a rather substantial housing development. Atsme📞📧 18:32, 16 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
