Globalize[edit]

This is an American concept, yes? If so, the article should say so. If it's used anywhere else we need info about it. I won't change the article or even add a globalize template, because not being American I don't know anything about the subject. --Ef80 (talk) 17:35, 12 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Percent plan for California[edit]

The article is VERY wrong. It should be the top 12.5% for the U of California, and top 33% for the state university system. That info is right in your California State University article. [[1]]
