I don't speak Dutch[edit]
I can assume that Italien = Italy and Duytslandt = some Germanic language speaking area (Holy Roman Empire? Low countires?), can we get a translation of the name? Arthurian Legend 03:27, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
- It simply means News (or newspaper) from Italy, Germany and so on. Courante or coranto was a general name for a news publication, like Post or Herald. Of course, the word courante/coranto has its own etymology which I can look up if you're interested. --Gemena 10:46, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
