Death, 2010[edit]

This information is now incorporated in the article. The article is indebted to the obituary, which however does not give the exact date of death. Dan's blog contains a portrait photo of him, which was included in the obituary, but the photo is presumably subject to copyright held by his estate. --Wikiain (talk) 00:36, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Books[edit]

Information about the 2011 reissues of Dan's books is now incorporated. His full name and some other biographical information are taken from these reprints. Although the reprints are available as e-books on the issuu website, Wikipedia does not currently permit links to that site.
