Incorrect dates in title[edit]

Should be 725 BCE-704 BCE--11:00, 3 May 2012 (UTC)

I'm not against using the years for dab, but we need to make sure that article names are correct and meet WP:MoS guidelines, otherwise it wastes the time of other editors and administrators to clean up your mess. Also remember to be civil and respect other editors. So this article can be called Duke Xian of Qin (725–704 BC), and Duke Xian of Qin (Shixi) can be called Duke Xian of Qin (424–362 BC).
