Wemyss Bay trains??[edit]

These edits have claimed connections between Edinburgh and Wemyss Bay trains. Wemyss Bay trains did not pass through the station, approaching Bridge Street/Glasgow Central from the Glasgow and Paisley Joint Railway. You can see this on the route map in the article. Have now found the Glasgow Herald item from 1 July 1879. This identified through carriages to/from Edinburgh passing through the station to reach Bridge Street and then attached to Inverclyde line services.
