Well done, the article is within encyclopedic standard. I haven't seen a major issue to be addressed, but not much mention or reference to the presence of Gallo- and Occitan-speaking groups in Mexico arrived among the French immigration from Napoleonic-era France. A small concentration of Occitan language speakers are in the state of Guanajuato, and the Gallo language of Northwestern France was an important contribution of the French-Mexican culture. In France, the languages nearly died out or could been pushed into extinction, although French-Mexican community groups are interested in preservation of any ancestral trait brought by French immigration. + Mike D 26 (talk) 09:45, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
