The Canterbury Regional Council area, or the smaller area described?[edit]

Should the article cover the area administered by the Canterbury Regional Council, or the area described in the 1st paragraph, viz. from the Waiau River in the north, to the Waitaki River in the south (which is smaller than the council area)? Nurg (talk) 03:10, 8 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
