Black bands on crown[edit]

HBW alive has "bright cobalt-blue head banded with black", Fry et al 1992 p.222 has "head is banded with bright cobalt-blue and black". I've looked at the various photographs available on the internet and also the illustrations in the two publications cited above, and in all cases the darker bands are clearly blue and not black. - Aa77zz (talk) 16:31, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
