It would be good to have a section something like "Hinesburg in the news" that could mention the town's appearance on the Postcards from Buster TV series and subsequent controversy. Lawikitejana 13:25, 9 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Question about reversion of media section[edit]

@John from Idegon: - Greetings! A question about your reversion of my addition of a Media section to this page with mention of The Citizen. Was your primary concern that it only had a source from the publisher? Would it be acceptable to you if I can provide a secondary source talking about the paper? This addition was part of some work I did this morning when I discovered that Wikipedia articles were inconsistent in the region with regard to mention of the weekly newspapers. Some towns had "Media" sections. Some did not. Some newspaper pages had updated owners. Some did not. So I went through making them all consistent across the different towns and newspaper pages. However, I can see your point that this entry on the Hinesburg page had only a primary source. - Dyork (talk) 19:28, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@John from Idegon: - How about this as a new version? User:Dyork/sandbox/hinesburg_media Would that work for you?
(In doing this, I discovered that I had actually missed the existence of the Charlotte Citizen page in my work this morning, so now I am integrating that with the other changes I made.) - Dyork (talk) 20:09, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
