New company, new page[edit]

There seemed to have been much misunderstanding on the old Hostess Brands page regarding the current company named Hostess Brands, LLC. The old page was being revised as if the original Hostess Brands, Inc. had come back. As this is not the case and the original Hostess Brands, Inc. (now Old HB, Inc.) continues to own assets which are still under liquidation, it made sense to move that article to a title reflecting its current name and create a fresh new article for the current Hostess Brands, LLC. Now, updates to the liquidation of the old company can go on as such at its proper place without confusing readers into thinking that the current Hostess Brands is somehow related to the old Hostess Brands; literally the only connection they share is that they shared a corporate name and HB, LLC owns the Old HB, Inc. cake business. But what about all the links to Hostess Brands? Which one does each link refer to? They don't link to a disambiguation page, so they won't show up in ambiguous link lists. --Closeapple (talk) 20:46, 13 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Also along these lines, shouldn't links to IBC redirect to Old HB rather than this company? --Lasunncty (talk) 09:55, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Updated/changed redirect for IBC to go to Old HB as you mentioned. Msw1002 (talk) 19:20, 25 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

History section uncited and poor timeline[edit]

The History section discusses bankruptcy before discussing how the company was formed. It also uses unexplained (albeit, guessable) acronyms, and gives no dates or citations. Very poorly done. I stopped reading and looked elsewhere on the web for answers about the company. Skaizun (talk) 23:12, 21 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've attempted a bit of a rewrite. Do reply if it's not now clear why the history section begins with bankruptcy. Ibadibam (talk) 04:29, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
