Disclosure: I am the Marketing Coordinator at Hothead Games

I would like to propose an update for this Wikipedia page to include current information about Hothead Games. The company is now a mobile game developer and publisher. Hothead Games no longer makes console/downloadable games.

Introduction
Hothead Games is an independent video game developer and publisher based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The company developed and published console games for the digital download market until 2011 when they switched to mobile game development.[1][2]

History
Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Hothead was founded in March 2006 as a privately funded independent developer and publisher with a focus on offering accessible game play and exceptional content through digital distribution.[3]
Hothead's first game was Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One, released for download worldwide on May 21, 2008.
Hothead Games switched to developing games for mobile devices in 2011 and have since released several games for Apple and Android devices.[4][5]

Trademark symbols are not allowed by Wikipedia's manual of style and the company website is not an acceptable source for the company's history, as we require secondary sources such as press articles. Also, one of the things I am not willing to do is consider re-wordings of material that is already acceptable.
I deleted the awards section, as I do most times I see one, because it was filled with awards for execs, "finalist" positions and trivial awards. However, I updated the list of games. Editors have different opinions about such long lists and whether they belong here or on the company website, but I think it's fine for now and other editors may at some point express different opinions. If you choose to continue to contribute, my recommendation would be to focus on using press articles to put together a larger account of the company history, as this is what's most important to us for most corporate pages.CorporateM (Talk) 23:44, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
