This article reads like an advertisement.

This is a press release with little of substance. I would delete all that is naked promotion but nothing would be left. I would add to it but I know nothing of shopping malls in India, let alone Hyderabad.

This Listing looks more like an advertisment.Certainly not Wiki Material.
