Indianapolis Monthly magazine entry corrections[edit]

Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented.

Good morning,

I'm the editor-in-chief of Indianapolis Monthly (my conflict of interest), but there are several items wrong on our page that I would like to see corrected. Can you help? Here they are:

The magazine was founded as Indianapolis Home & Garden in 1977 by John and Sally Mayhill (NOT 1973 by Michael R. Levy).
The name was later changed to Indianapolis Monthly.
Indianapolis Monthly was sold to Mayhill Publications in 1981 and to Emmis Communications in 1988. Emmis purchased Indianapolis magazine in 1988, as well, folding it into the Monthly title.
We are published monthly, not "quarterly," and we no longer have a Home magazine.
Each subscription includes *one* guide to Indianapolis, City Guide.

I see that this article is tagged as sounding like an advertisement, and I wish it were more straight-forward and annotated/documented as well. Anything I can do to help with that, please let me know. I'm happy to provide additional facts and citations.
